Hi friend! We are Emma and Layne, and we are so excited you are here! I (Emma) am a military wife, a mama to two littles and the self taught Pastry Chef/Owner of Butter+Whisk. What started off to be a hobby quickly turned into a busy little business that operates with great help from my wonderful husband (Layne). While I had dreamed of being a pastry chef since my childhood, Layne shares the dream with me now… and thanks to you, that dream has started to become a reality! We can't wait to get to know you and also make you fall in love with our mouth watering French Macarons + Sourdough bread.
Since starting Butter+Whisk over 5 years ago, we have grown and expanded! Our main baking location is located in Hahira, Georgia. This is where we offer our entire menu of macarons, sourdough breads, croissants and more.
Earlier this year we hired a part time employee, Bella. Bella continues our legacy in Tucson baking up hundreds of French Macarons from our Tucson home. I promise, you will love her just as much as we do.
